Registration process
  1. Complete the registration form.

  2. Send necessary documents for visa application to the conference secretariat.

  3. Invoice of registration fee and payment details will be sent.

  4. Payment within 15 days after receiving invoice. Due to Iranian financial restrictions, we will not accept payment at the conference.

  5. The confirmation of registration will be sent with a receipt.

Registration fee

All rates are in US Dollars. This rate is applicable until 30 August 2018.

Registration includes:

  • Attendance at all sessions 

  • Lunch and coffee breaks on the days of the conference

  • Visa facilitation for applications made by 30 August 2018  (visa fee must be paid by participants)

  • Conference materials

  • Conference proceedings post-conference

  • Presentations in thumb drive at the close of the conference

  • Field visit

  • Airport transfers 

Registration does not include hotel, visa fee, flights, taxi, etc.


* HelpAge Global Network members means organisations that have applied to become HelpAge Global Network member and were granted membership status. You can check your network member status with Baralee MeesukhRegional Head of Network Development.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following refunds apply on or before the following dates.

1 June 2018                           100% (less $70 administration fee)

1 August 2018                        50% (less $70 administration fee)

After 1 September 2018         No refund available.
